living relationship with body, plant and planet

As winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen more deeply, we gather in circle to explore our relationship with the living world through the ancient wisdom of Yoga and the teachings of the plants. Together, we will honor the quiet medicine of winter as a time for rooting, resting, integrating, and listening for what is ready to emerge.

Listening to the Plants is a six-week seasonal journey weaving together mindful yoga, local plant knowledge, earth-based wisdom, herbal teas, and flower essences. Each gathering offers an opportunity to connect with a different plant ally, explore its unique gifts, and discover how its wisdom can support our own inner landscapes through the changing season.

Through embodied movement, moments of stillness, sensory exploration, and shared reflection, we will deepen our connection to the natural world and remember ourselves as part of its living, breathing whole. We will sip nourishing teas, explore the subtle language of flower essences, and create space to cultivate presence, curiosity, and a more reciprocal relationship with the Earth.
