Yoga Therapy

Attending to one’s vital life force to invite greater ease and resilience

Holistic wellness practice combining yoga education and herbal medicine
Holistic wellness practice combining yoga education and herbal medicine

As a Yoga Therapist in training, I offer a warm, trauma-informed, and welcoming space to soften into your inherent wholeness. My approach is centered in presence, relationship, and compassionate listening, honoring your lived experience and innate wisdom.

Yoga Therapy is an integrative and holistic modality that attends to the whole person within a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework. Sessions are client-led, honoring agency, choice, and self-trust.

The Yoga Therapy services I offer are earth-based and relational, honoring the origins of Yoga, inspired by the wisdom of ancient yogic maps of wellbeing, and integrating modern insights to support our present-day needs.

I provide intentional, tailored practices to support each individual’s therapeutic health goals. Depending on your unique needs, practices may range from more gross to more subtle and may include asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, meditation, lifestyle support, and/or somatic integration.

Together, these practices support living with greater ease and vitality, fostering post-traumatic growth, building resilience and capacity, and gently reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Over time, this work supports embodied presence, nervous system integration and coming home to yourself.

At the heart of Yoga Therapy is relationship. The therapeutic relationship accompanies you on your unique journey and is held with care, presence, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
