Earth Medicine:
A Grounding Yoga Retreat
with Deb Buck
October 21-25, 2026
Nature’s Oasis Yoga Healing Center
Cornville, Arizona
Honoring the Rhythms of the Autumn Season
The Invitation
Earth Medicine is a 5 day/4night grounding Yoga and embodiment retreat designed to support your nervous system, restore inner balance, and help you connect more deeply with your body, breath, and the natural world.
Held in the quiet desert landscape of Arizona (20 minutes outside of Sedona) during the shift into autumn, this experience invites you to slow down, step away from overstimulation, and return to a steadier rhythm.
Autumn is a season of release and recalibration. Nature is already slowing down, shedding, and creating space for renewal. This retreat aligns with that same rhythm through grounding Yoga, embodiment practices, pranayama, stillness, Bhakti Yoga, and connection in nature.
Step away from the noise of daily life and allow yourself to be held in a different rhythm, one that makes it easier to hear yourself again and come back into balance from the inside out.

Early Bird: $1,300 ( $325 per night) through Sept. 15
