6-Week Virtual Course on Zoom

April 14 ~ May 19, 2026 | Tuesdays | 5:30-7pm MST

The Invitation:

Join Deb for a 6-week immersive course blending yogic philosophy & earth-based wisdom with applied Polyvagal Theory to cultivate nervous system literacy, resilience, and embodied awareness. Rooted in compassion, this course offers a shared language for understanding the protective patterns of stress and trauma while expanding our internal capacity for regulation, connection, and thriving. Through the lens of nervous system fluency, we build community from the inside out.

Each session weaves together accessible neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and experiential yoga practices to deepen awareness of your nervous system states, expand your window of tolerance, and develop practical skills that support greater nervous system flexibility and resilience.

Why This Matters:

Understanding your nervous system changes how you practice, teach, parent, lead, and relate with love ones. When we build literacy and share a common language, we reduce shame, normalize stress responses, and increase empowerment & agency.
